Yes OPI... You Certainly Do Look Marvelous!!!! =P

Thanks to that amazing swap I did a little while back I now finally own my very first OPI polishes!!! So obviously I could't wait to use them and the nail design I created a few days ago was with OPI's Lucerine-tainly Look Marvelous =) This polish is seriously beautiful and although you can't always tell but it contains hints of sparkley pink and green shimmers that complement the overall grey/silver tone of the polish.

So anyway here's the nails I did:

This is what I used to make this design:

The stickers are by Perfect 10 and you get three sheets, each with different designs on them. The other two sheets had silver stars and white glittery flowers. The ones I used had pink and white flowers and dragonflies.

The stickers were sooo easy to use and they stuck on very well to my nails. In fact they were so amazingly sticky that I probably wouldn't have even needed a topcoat and they would have been in no danger of peeling off! Another good thing about these stickers is that they are widely available (in the UK only I think) from drug stores such as Body Care and are quite cheap too =)

So thats my nails.....what did you lovelies think??

Oh and just for the fun of it i'm going to show you my brand new compact mirror that I bought not so long ago from Peacocks....

Haha its so cute right? =P I ♥ cupcakes so when i saw this I just HAD to have it!!! Lol =P

Alright peeps i'm off now to complete a looooong boring assignment for forensic science..... i'l catch you later =)

Vintage Wallpaper Nails!

Hey peeps =)

So today I have a pretty nail design to show ya'll....which reminds me of some old wallpaper!! Haha in a good way of course =P

These photos were taken after a day of wear...and it's really weird that the tips are starting to show already but I guess all dark colours do that to me =S Lol anyway I really like the gold/silver toned vines against the dark blue background....gives a modern edge to the would be vintage effect of the design. (Ok I don't even know if what I just wrote actually makes any sense??!!) =P

Anyhoo.... to do this design I used a base colour of 17 Lasting Fix Midnight Sapphire and then stamped over it using MEMEME Metallic Ultra Gloss Pewter:

For the stamping design I used a Bundle Monster plate in BM20:

Really hope you liked this design =)

Perfume oils.....

I've been following a wonderful little blog called Nude Obsession (http://nude-obsession.blogspot.com/) And not so long ago came across this post she had done talking about perfumes. So obviously I had to read it....and I found out that she was talking about a website who make perfume oils that have fragrances which match designer perfumes yet at such a low price "it's almost criminal!!"

Lol so I hopped over to the site, which by the way is: http://www.perfume-parlour.co.uk/ and decided that I really really needed some of the perfumes they were selling =)
These perfume oils may not seem like greatest idea.... but being me and trying not to spend all of my tuition loan money in one go on expensive designer perfumes.....I decided to try out a couple of their bottles.

So the ones I decided to try out are: Paco Rabanne Lady Million, Vera Wang Princess, Paco Rabanne Black XS, Marc Jacobs Lola and Valentino Rock N' Rose.

Haha don't they all look so delicious and cute!! =P The bottles I purchased are 3ml each....although you can get larger sizes too and also spray bottles. These ones are roller bottles so you apply them to your pulse points etc. It says on each bottle that the fragrance is similar to the real thing. These perfume oils are supposed to last much longer on the skin than usual spray perfumes and these also do not contain alcohol, the main substance which causes perfume to evaporate off the skin in the first place.

This is Lady Million and it smells very much like the real perfume, although to my nose it seemed a little too strong. However it's still an amazing fragrance and did last the whole day once i applied it to my wrists and neck.

This Vera Wang Princess had the exact same smell as the actual perfume and lasted soo well.

This version of Black XS also smelt literally the same as the real thing but was rather strong so I needed the smallest amount on my wrists for it to last throughout the day.

Marc Jacobs Lola was the softest smelling perfume out of the lot and it smelled a lot like rose petals, more so than the actual real fragrance. However I could detect similarities between the real perfume and this oil so I still like it a lot. As all the rest, this too lasted beautifully on my skin.

Valentino's Rock N' Rose smelled just like the real fragrance and its staying power was just as good as all the other perfume oils.

Each oil came packed in its own little pouch like the one above and I find that quite handy as the bottles are so small they could become lost in your bag etc. but with this pouch you'l be able to find it pretty easily. It also makes it look quite sophisticated =P

If your interested, pop over to the site and take a look around =) There are loads and loads of designer perfumes to choose from with names ranging from Chanel to Armani to even Britney. They also have a non-designer range with fragrances such as patchouli, rose, musk etc.

Hope you enjoyed this post and if you have any questions please leave a comment =)

Thanks lovelies =)

I was not paid to do this post and all the above are my personal opinions and reviews.

Hey guys =)

I ♥ rings...always have and always will =) For some reason I've never liked wearing many in one go and I always wear just one.
So today I felt like showing you lovelies some of my very recent purchases =)

This is a really cute crystal encrusted panda which I bought from ebay =) It came inside a sweet little gift box so it could be a perfect gift for someone. I love the little pearl its holding....and its eyes make it look soo cute and innocent looking!! =P

This ring was also an ebay purchase. Its obviously not really Chanel lol but I just love it....looks so edgy and stylish =)

I love smily faces!!! This ring makes me all happy when I wear it...and also puts a smile on those who see it! =) This one too was from ebay

This ring is real silver and I bought it from a Japanese woman who was selling lots of oriental goodies at a market stall. Its made from a metal mesh and is flexible, making for really easy storage!

This is the most recently purchased ring which I bought yesterday! Its a cluster ring with loads of metal ball things hanging off it so looks really cool when worn =) The light shines off it in different directions and even more when the clusters shake about. I bought this from Peacocks.

This ring is also real silver and also purchased from ebay (er yea...i'm an ebay addict!! =P) I don't like snakes but I have a thing for snake shaped jewellery!! This ring just looks simple and edgy =)

So those are the rings which i'v bought recently.....although I have bought two more from ebay....Hong Kong sellers.....so they haven't arrived yet but when they do i'l make sure I put up a post of it =)

What about you guys...do you love rings?? Which types are your fave? And if any of mine caught your eye and you would like to know which ebay sellers I bought them from just leave a comment and i'l get back to you =)

Thanks for reading =)
