This is a really cute and easy nail design to do...using cute purple coloured fimo cane hearts =)
The base colour i'm wearing is a Collection 2000 polish in a frosty lilac shade. After applying around 3 coats of the polish I added a single fimo heart to each nail and finished with a layer topcoat.
This is a picture of the bottle of polish I used for the base colour...I think its an older polish since its not available in the shops to buy however i'm sure you could find it on ebay. =) Its called Collection 2000 Nail Polish in 305 and around the back it says Frosted Nail Colour.
